Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 2 business days after you place your order. The delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and your location. We ship to addresses within the United States and selected countries worldwide.

What if my product is on backorder?
If an item is on backorder, it may take between 1 to 4 weeks for us to fulfill your order. You will receive an email notification once your backordered item has shipped.

How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping costs are a flat rate of $5.59 per order within the United States. For orders outside the US, we charge a flat rate of $12.98. The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. Please note that customs and duty fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can products be shipped to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses?
We do ship to P.O. Boxes, but we are currently unable to ship to APO, or FPO addresses.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service Center within 30 days of receipt. To report an issue, retain the original packaging and email us at [email protected]. Note that we do not offer exchanges; returns will be processed only for damaged or incorrect items.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information. If you need assistance tracking your order, please contact us via email.

Can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped.

Can I cancel my order?
Order processing begins within 24 hours of your purchase. Cancellations may not be possible once this period has passed. For cancellation requests, please email customer service at [email protected].
