The buyer has the right to return/exchange the order within 30 days starting the day of delivery of the goods. Any returns or refunds are not accepted after 30 days.
Conditions for Returns:
- They should not have been used, or altered in any way and come with all tags in place.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging.
How to Request a Return/Refund:
- Send the scanned copy of the receipt and any other relevant document(s) to [email protected] to avail the offer.
- We will review your request and send you a return shipping label via email within 2-3 business days.
- You just need to print your return label and pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return label.
Return Costs
- We will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund the item at no additional cost to you.
Restocking Fee:
- There will be no charge for restocking in case of returns.
Exchange
We accept exchanges in cases where the product is wrong, damaged, or not as described. Customers will not have to pay any fees to exchange goods. Replacement products will be sent as soon as we receive notification that your returned item has been shipped.
Important Notes:
- Customers are required to bear the charges for the shipment of those products that they wish to return.
- Refunds will be credited to your account within 5 working days from the date the return is received.
- The turnover period for the refund to reflect in your account may take anything between 10 to 15 days.
- Please do not return items without email confirmation, as we are not liable for any lost parcels.
