Refund & Returns Policy

The buyer has the right to return/exchange the order within 30 days starting the day of delivery of the goods. Any returns or refunds are not accepted after 30 days.

  • We sent the wrong item.
  • The product arrives damaged, shattered, or different from what you ordered (size, material, design).
  • The product doesn’t match the description.

  • We will review your request and send you a return shipping label via email.
  • You just need to print your return label and pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  • Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return label.

Return Costs

  • We will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund the item at no additional cost to you.

Restocking Fee:

  • There will be no charge for restocking in case of returns.

Exchange

We accept exchanges in cases where the product is wrong, damaged, or not as described. Customers will not have to pay any fees to exchange goods. Replacement products will be sent as soon as we receive notification that your returned item has been shipped.
